Responsibilities:
  • Prepare full set of shipping documentation for ocean import/export shipments.
  • Manage export and import correspondence and tracking on shipment status.
  • Coordinate internally and externally on shipping arrangements and supply chain operations.
  • Liaise with customers for import/export shipping documents.
  • Knowledge of Letter of Credit, DA Terms, DP Terms, and Incoterms.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in logistics or manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in export administration.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
