About the Role:

BID Operations is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur City. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and troubleshooting issues for clients, ensuring minimal disruption to their business operations.
  • Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless support and resolution of client concerns.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage, with a strong command of CRM systems, to manage client interactions and data accurately.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to resolve client concerns.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
