Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Banking Solutions Advisor to join our team in the Southern Region. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role involves providing personalized banking solutions, offering expert wealth advice, and identifying opportunities to acquire new customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute customized banking solutions that meet customers' unique needs and preferences.
  • To provide expert guidance on wealth management and investment strategies.
  • To identify and capitalize on opportunities to acquire new customers.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and improve customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:
This role requires a diploma holder or above with at least 1 year of sales or service experience in the financial or service industry. Relevant certifications such as PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM are an added advantage. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong interest in financial planning, investment, and lending.
