Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Salary Negotiations and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process.
- Background and Reference Checks: Work with vendors to perform and analyze background and reference check reports.
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates updated on hiring status, including sending rejection emails.
- System and Tracker Updates: Ensure all systems and trackers are correctly updated.
- Compliance and Data Accuracy: Ensure compliance requirements of HR processes and procedures, talent acquisition policy and procedure, and the new employees' data accuracy.
- Recruitment-Related Invoices: Assist in processing recruitment-related invoices and follow-up with Finance and other departments when necessary.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative talent acquisition tools to recommend new strategies and initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 to 9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to talent acquisition and experience in high-volume hiring.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and optimizing hiring stages using data-driven strategies.
- Hiring Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret hiring data to improve time-to-hire, cost per hire, and candidate quality metrics.
- ATS and HRMS Experience: Hands-on experience working with ATS and HRMS, using these platforms to manage data and document handling.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Cultural Competency: Understanding of the value of diverse talent and cultural competency in hiring practices.
