Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guarantee the smooth functioning of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and associated systems.
  2. Apply configuration updates to Platform Components.
  3. Execute software installations, upgrades, and regular audits.
  4. Foster collaboration with various teams and outsourcing companies to support trading activities.
  5. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  6. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support or related fields. We welcome fresh graduates; training will be provided.
  3. Preferable experience in MT4 / MT5 trading system administration.
  4. Prior experience in trading, investment, finance, or forex is beneficial.
  5. Experience handling client inquiries and technical issues in Financial Services, Forex, or Futures is also advantageous.
  6. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for trading.
  8. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to shifting arrangements.
