">We are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Specialist to join our brand-new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by providing financial, clerical, and administrative services.
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data into ERPs;">
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments;">
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and other clerical tasks;">
- Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients' billing issues;">
- Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders to clients;">
- Generating statements of accounts and reports detailing accounts receivable status;">
- Posting receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verifying transaction details;">
- Preparing weekly receivable statements;">
- Compiling and sorting documents, preparing and posting finance-related credit and debit memos;">
- Calculating sales commission for related entities' sales personnel;">
- Supporting other groups in the accounting department with various administrative tasks;">
Your Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field;">
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;">
