Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Order Management Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Standard Orders throughout the order to cash process.

About the Role
  • Execute and manage the order processes (order to cash) via ERP System.
  • Place orders to internal factories and external suppliers.
  • Communicate with customers and follow up on order acknowledgements.
  • Manage delivery terms/time and agreed budgets.
  • Handle import and export shipment and shipping documents with customs and authorities.
  • Follow up on order backlog and inventory control and goods movement.
  • Ensure the invoicing process (advance invoice, delivery invoice, official invoice).
  • Manage claims (external supplier claims and ACT claims) and follow up.
  • Innovate on order process improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in order management, logistics and planning.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and interact with all levels and different cultures.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
