About the Job

This role involves providing HR services with a human touch while leveraging processes at scale. You'll be responsible for supporting hiring managers with the initiation of the recruitment process, preparing and publishing job postings, and implementing recruitment strategies based on position requirements. Your tasks will also include:

  • Screens and creates longlists/shortlists of candidates, monitoring the pipeline, and proposing measures to increase quantity, improve quality, and apply sourcing strategy as required.
  • Executing professional Skype interviews to reduce longlists to shortlists for all levels of roles, with a priority on higher grades.
  • Organizing and ensuring testing of candidates, such as onsite case studies, online tests, participation in assessments, background checks, and providing feedback to hiring managers about interviews and test results.
  • Creatng offers to candidates, negotiating within guidelines, and consulting with hiring managers, HR Operations Local, and compensation specialists as applicable.
Talent Acquisition Strategy

Your key objectives will be to:

  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and selection processes.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree or diploma in business studies.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Native or fluent Japanese language proficiency and intermediate-level English communication skills.
  • Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • An innovative and creative approach, along with a can-do attitude.
