We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to provide proactive customer care service in a courteous manner to our allocated clients. As the first point of contact for payment queries from third party suppliers, you will be responsible for ensuring that any weekly reconciliation queries are received and resolved on a weekly basis and to the agreed SLAs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a recognized degree or diploma in business or related courses, as well as a good command of spoken and written Mandarin Language and Cantonese Speaking. You must also be organized, self-motivated, dynamic, and goal-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude.

In this role, you will provide first-line support to clients, interpret client data, escalate queries, and see them through to resolution. You will also guide clients on software to enable them to act more autonomously and process and raise required requests/transactions.
