  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

    • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction efforts across MY, ID, TH, and PH.
    • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development:
    • Lead the performance appraisal process to ensure fairness and transparency.
    • Provide HR guidance to managers on coaching, goal setting, and performance improvement.
    • Identify learning and development needs and source strategic training opportunities.
    • Design and support career progression frameworks to enhance retention and employee growth.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    • Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Proactively address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations across MY, ID, TH, and PH.
    • Review and refine HR policies, employee handbooks, and employment contracts to align with best practices.
    • Work with leadership to develop workforce restructuring plans.
    • Collaborate with external legal consultants on country-specific HR matters.
  • Overseeing HR Operations & Payroll:
    • Supervise HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts and benefits administration.
    • Oversee monthly payroll processing and payroll reporting.
    • Monitor compensation and benefits structures and support salary reviews.
    • Improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
