Main Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with the Contract Manager to review and advise on all contracts with business partners, vendors, and customers to mitigate risk and maximize value for the company.
  2. Point of Contact and Negotiations: Act as the primary point of contact for all parties in matters related to contract management and negotiate favorable terms to fully describe the engagement, services, and delivery for the company.
  3. Negotiation Strategies: Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses to the company while fostering win-win solutions.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain continuous communication with business partners, internal sales teams, and relevant stakeholders about contractual issues to enhance relationships and decision-making.
  5. Deadline and Deliverable Management: Ensure timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders to avoid delays in contract execution and maintain deadlines on deliverables.
  6. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Oversee the administration of documentation, record-keeping, and risk reporting to management while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technology contracting, including familiarity with Malaysian law and regulations, particularly around data confidentiality and privacy.
  • Skillset：
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex terms clearly.
    • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu, including drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts.
    • Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
