Sales and Partnerships Executive

This position reports to the Business Development Manager and is a key member of our sales team. As a Sales and Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Finding new and qualified potential clients
- Reaching out to SME business owners and conducting a Performance Needs Analysis for their business
- Recommending the right LMI solution or program that fits the individual's development needs within the company
- Working with all learning partners, like course coaches, facilitators, and manager mentors, to help participants learn and achieve their goals
