  • We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to spearhead the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and other HR-related support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in managerial level. Preferred to someone who have experience working in F&B / Retail / Hotel or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Bahasa, English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
  • Knowledgeable in Foreign Workers Management including Foreign Workers approval is desirable.
  • Good understanding of related statutory legislation not limiting to Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and persuade others are required.
  • Have the ability to interact with all levels of organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a structured thought process.

Responsibilities

">
  1. Directly reports to the CEO of the company.
  2. Responsible for implementing and administering HR system (Rymnet Solutions) to ensure full utilisation of the system capability to support the business efficiency and positive employees/users experience.
  3. Develops and implements performance measurement and career management programs designed to improve individual and organizational effectiveness.
  4. Reviews and implements rewards management and remunerations policies and systems that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  5. Liaises with relevant authorities and bodies on matters pertaining to human resource and industrial relations.
  6. Supervises hostel management activities and manages outsourcing vendors effectively.
  7. Formulates and implements policies and processes to ensure smooth and efficient running of human resource function that supports the business operations and complies with statutory requirements.
  8. Provides internal HR advice and oversees effective resolution of related HR activities, ensuring partnership and synergy with Outlets to maximize human capital returns.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resource with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in managerial level. Preferred to someone who have experience working in F&B / Retail / Hotel or equivalent.
