This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the entire manufacturing process, from outsourcing manufacturers to quality, environmental compatibility, and productivity. The candidate will collaborate closely with suppliers to develop tailored approaches that meet diverse regional and global requirements.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing a global SQA and SQD organization aligned with the Supplier Quality structure and procurement strategy
  • Collaborating with the Innovation Hub Asia procurement team to prioritize supplier development needs by product, improving cost competitiveness and addressing supply constraints
  • Overseeing mass or serial production of formwork components from outsourced manufacturers, ensuring products meet all required standards

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, or a related field, along with certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor/Engineer (CQA/CQE), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and Six Sigma. A minimum of five years' professional experience in a similar role is also required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments, monitoring production processes, and providing training to outsourced manufacturer staff on quality control procedures.

  • Developing Quality Standards: Create and implement quality standards and procedures specific to formwork components, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry regulations
  • Supplier Evaluation and Audits: Regularly assess and audit outsourced manufacturers to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitoring Production Processes: Continuously monitor production to ensure compliance with established quality standards and address any deviations
