About the Role:
As Chief Revenue Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing business opportunities for PRASARANA MALAYSIA BERHAD. You will lead the commercial and marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive revenue, and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and execute data-driven commercial strategies leveraging AI-driven market insights and predictive analytics to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to maximize profitability, including digital and e-commerce-based solutions.
- Marketing & Branding:
- Establish and implement omnichannel marketing strategies integrating digital, social media, and experiential marketing to enhance RTSO's brand visibility, customer awareness, and ridership growth.
- Develop customer-centric campaigns leveraging AI and machine learning.
- Revenue Management:
- Oversee fare strategies, pricing models, and commercial partnerships to optimize revenue streams while ensuring affordability and competitiveness.
- Implement dynamic pricing and personalized customer engagement models.
- Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Develop data-driven customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized digital experiences to enhance passenger satisfaction.
- Utilize AI-powered chatbots, real-time feedback mechanisms, and personalization engines to improve customer interactions.
- Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, commercial partners, and industry players, to foster business growth, enhance customer engagement, and explore non-fare revenue opportunities.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking using big data and real-time analytics to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Leverage blockchain-based customer loyalty programs and data security practices.
- Sustainability & Green Commercial Initiatives:
- Integrate sustainable business practices into RTSO's commercial strategy to align with global ESG trends.
- Budget & Performance Management:
- Manage commercial and marketing budgets effectively, ensuring return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives and revenue strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams, regulators, and business partners to align commercial and marketing initiatives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial management, business development, or marketing, preferably in the transportation or infrastructure industry. Your expertise in AI-driven market research, brand positioning, and customer engagement is crucial to our success. Proficiency in revenue management, dynamic pricing strategies, and contract negotiation is also essential. Strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management capabilities are required to drive a high-performance team. Proficiency in AI-driven digital marketing platforms, customer analytics tools, and CRM systems is highly valued. Familiarity with emerging mobility technologies and big data analytics is a plus.
