We are seeking a skilled Moulding Process Specialist to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, adjust, and operate plastic injection moulding machines according to production specifications, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulding machines to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Monitor the moulding process to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficiency and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring seamless production operations.
  • Conduct quality checks on moulded parts and ensure adherence to product specifications and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality control.
  • Keep accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields, with a strong understanding of mould setup, processing parameters, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with plastic injection moulding machines, with a proven track record of maintaining high-quality production and efficient machine operation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving machine performance, with the ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
