**Job Description:**

As a Call Center Administrative Assistant, you will provide business operations administrative support to the call center department. This role involves performing various administrative tasks such as PO issuance, compliance with LOPs, and providing data to in-country finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Administer the collection and collation of Call Center data for the reporting of historical and statistical performance.
  2. Perform any assignment/report/analytic reporting for Call Center.
