Job Overview

The Lexi Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead our financial strategy, operations, and performance in Malaysia and Sweden. This critical role involves overseeing financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting for both regions. The successful candidate will play a key part in strategic decision-making, business planning, and driving growth objectives across these international markets.

The position requires a strong leader who can manage the finance teams in Malaysia and Sweden, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local and international regulations. Additionally, they will develop and maintain relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions in both countries.

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. Prior experience managing finance operations across multiple countries, especially in Malaysia and/or Sweden, is highly desirable.
