About the Role

You will be responsible for executing product management initiatives, assisting product managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Based in Kajang, Selangor, you will report to the Product Manager, ASEAN.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to assess customer needs and industry trends
  • Gathering and analyzing competitive data to maintain a real-time dashboard for competitive intelligence
  • Supporting product launch processes and ensuring effective execution across all business units
  • Monitoring product performance and suggesting improvements based on customer feedback and analytics
  • Maintaining and updating product attributes, datasheets, and other key product documentation
  • Conducting regular data hygiene checks on product listings to ensure accuracy
  • Assisting in developing/maintaining customer tools and liaising with product managers
  • Creating and maintaining an internal product database to keep the commercial team informed about the product portfolio
  • Working closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop marketing collateral and selling tools
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development & Execution
  • Experience in Packaging/Chemicals/Ink/Foils/Die cutting/Labels/Digital Printing/Manufacturing is preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills combined with financial acumen
  • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
