Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with FI clients, including e-wallets, commercial banks, and other financial entities.
- Collaborate with the BD team to discern upsell and cross-sell prospects within existing FI client accounts.
- Craft and deliver captivating presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to FI clients, showcasing the extraordinary value and benefits of our integrated payment and marketing solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for each FI client, delving into their unique payment processing requisites, marketing objectives, compliance imperatives, and technological preferences.
- Lead purposeful and collaborative contract negotiations with FI clients, forging mutually beneficial terms while upholding industry regulations and best practices.
- Provide elite customer support to FI clients, formulating regular reviews, catering to inquiries, troubleshooting complexities, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, 2 years in a related industry preferably.
- Demonstrated success as a Strategic Partnership Manager, preferably within the payment and marketing solutions industries, focusing on servicing Financial Institutions.
- Profound comprehension of payment processing systems, cutting-edge marketing technologies, and compliance standards applicable to FIs.
- Proven track record of exceptional business development skills and exceeding sales targets across diverse solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse to foster strong relationships with FI clients.
- Analytical acumen, proficiently interpreting data to provide valuable insights to clients across payment and marketing domains.
- Self-motivated and forward-thinking, employing proactive strategies in relationship-building and problem-solving.
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in cross-functional cooperation with internal teams.
