We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Denave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and match them against our SaaS products.
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads is a key responsibility.
  • Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
  • Closely work with the sales and marketing teams and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
  • Effectively communicate and present our SaaS product solution and value proposition to customers.
  • Outreach accounts using emails and other channels.
  • Familiarity with social media tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc. is required.
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity updates in CRM and maintenance.
  • A commitment to staying educated on new regulations, product solutions changes, innovations, and trends in the technology industry.
  • Achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
Requirements:
  • This role is open only to local Malaysians.
  • Around 5 years of outbound sales/inside sales/tele sales experience is required, preferably with lead generation and handling enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as the ability to sell via phone successfully, are essential.
  • Must have experience selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, being a successful prospector, and independently developing new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience selling technology-based product/SaaS based and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with large ticket long sales cycle technology sales items, competitive – assertive personality with ability to operate effectively independently in high-pressure, high-risk sales environment.
  • Show a proven track record of achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence.
