Job Description
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for planning short- and mid-term plans for the PPS business in SEA, conducting weekly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin forecasts, and setting strategic objectives and KPIs for the sales team. They will also create and execute business strategies for market segments, identify and pursue business opportunities with the sales team, collaborate with regional teams and HQ to close projects and identify new opportunities, and support new product launches and sustainable packaging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and propose short- and mid-term plans for the PPS business in SEA.
  2. Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin forecasts.
  3. Support accurate sales forecasting and stock planning.
  4. Set strategic objectives and KPIs for the sales team.
  5. Create and execute business strategies for market segments.
