Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical process optimization initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve technical process optimization goals.

Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma, Degree, or Master's in a related field, preferably in Engineering or an appropriate technical discipline.
  • Experience: Experience in managing an equipment maintenance team and understanding welding processes. Experience in a contract manufacturing environment and semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of configurable products and BOM structures. Competent in Agile PLM and SAP ERP systems. Familiar with semiconductor modules and equipment build & testing. Familiar with OMS/WI, PFMEA, lean concepts, and Six Sigma projects. Experience with automation concepts and implementation. Strong skills in change management, problem-solving, written and verbal communications, customer orientation, product technology, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, project management, team skills, and applying quality.
