Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Revenue Group Bhd. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound Enquiries: Handle enquiries from various channels, including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Issue Escalation: Channel and escalate unresolved issues or complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements:
- Education Experience: SPM Certificate holder with working experience or Diploma holder with no work experience is required.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
- Mandarin Requirement: Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite/MS Office.
- Attitude and Work Ethic: Pleasant attitude, fast and accurate worker, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to review work for quality and speed.
- Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
