We are seeking a Customer Project Coordinator to join our team at AEG Power Solutions Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

  • You will work closely with the sales team, Account/Sales Manager, and other stakeholders to coordinate project schedules and work packages, facilitating the preparation of technical documents and initiating production processes.
  • Upon receiving customer feedback, you will review and revise project plans as necessary to meet their expectations.
  • Additionally, you will support the sales team during sales preparation, presentations to customers, and negotiating processes.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer projects, including schedules and work packages, to facilitate the preparation of technical documents and initiate production processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and advice to customers.
  • Support the Account Manager or Sales Manager during sales preparation, presentations to customers, and negotiating processes.
  • Verify final customer purchase orders and sales contracts against initial quotations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial and financial terms and conditions.
  • Responsible for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests regarding signed contracts and verify changes against agreed-upon quotations.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement efficient and reliable quotation administration systems.
  • Update CRM systems as necessary.
  • Conduct contract reviews and project follow-ups.
  • Monitor progress toward milestones and completion of work packages.
  • Adhere to Company Quality, Environmental, and Safety policies and regulations.
