Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention among hirers.
  • Manage and complete marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive coordinated, end-to-end acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention programs for hirers.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including content marketing aligned with hirer objectives.
  • Schedule and complete channel communications such as EDMs, social media, website updates, sales briefings, etc.

  • Provide updates and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing involving digital and partnerships; B2B experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in social and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities with a committed approach.
  • A hands-on problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and drive results.
