Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Channel Sales Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and recruiting new channel partners, managing relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities, and providing training and support to channel partners.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing channel performance and providing regular reports to senior management. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with business objectives and develop marketing programs and campaigns to support channel sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to provide training and support to partners.
  • Melayu and English speaking.
