Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  2. Issue Resolution: Address and delegate customer complaints efficiently, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  3. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and accessibility for seamless reference.
  4. Financial Administration: Key in non-trade expenses into the accounting system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  5. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business operations.
Requirements
  1. A diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred; certification in Accounting is highly desirable.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is an added advantage.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different levels of management and customers.
