Your role will involve drafting minutes and attending committee meetings, as well as managing the profiles of the company's subsidiaries. You will also be responsible for drafting Bursa Malaysia and other financial announcements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate secretarial work
- MAICSA certification
