The Payroll & People Data (Associate Analyst) role involves providing support and services in payroll, HR data, and HR systems, while participating in process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to deliver best-in-class service experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Understand business needs and provide timely support, services, and solutions on payroll, HR data, and HR systems.
- Collaborate with others to offer day-to-day support to service recipients on HR inquiries, perform research on payroll and HR data practices, and stay abreast of current market insights and legal legislations.
- Participate in process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to deliver best-in-class service experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and statutory reporting and payments according to SLAs and local legal requirements.
- Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, or Business Administration and Finance.
- 1-2 years of related HR working experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
- Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures, practices, and country statutory.
- Preferably working knowledge of integrated payroll systems, preferably on SAP.
