Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Higher Secondary certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a senior executive role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and stock management systems, including SQL inventory modules.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A professional demeanor and positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in clerical or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
