About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data processing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and validity of data processed, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
  2. Quality Control: Resolve and check any quality issues raised by supervisors or clients, taking prompt action to address any discrepancies.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Maintain positive working relationships and open communication with local, regional, and global colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
  4. Innovation and Efficiency: Continually innovate, develop, and suggest enhancements to improve work efficiency, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that our company's regional and global standards are always adhered to, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Diploma or degree in any related field, with 1-2 years of experience in data processing.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Personal Qualities: Ability to think rationally under pressure, with a positive working attitude and a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written Mandarin language, with a strong preference for candidates who possess this skill.
  2. Additional Experience: Data processing experience, good computer skills, and a broad interest in internet research.
  3. Relationship Building: Good relationship building skills with stakeholders, including internal, external, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Attention to Detail: Detail-minded and positive working attitude, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Availability: Immediate availability is preferred, but not required.
