Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Nala Groups. As a key member of our finance shared services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities, working closely with stakeholders and other team members to achieve end deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to MYR 6,800 per month, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines, and policies.
- Financial activities include preparation and posting of journals, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and schedules, as well as analysis of accounts and accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions.
- Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with all stakeholders and team members to ensure end deliverables and KPIs are met.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.
- At least three years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a shared services set-up.
- Meticulous, analytical, and high degree of agility, with ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Business Central (accounting software) and RPA (UiPath) is preferred but not necessary.
