Your New Role:

As a Supply Planning Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial end-to-end planning of assigned categories to deliver business objectives and needs. You will work closely with the commercial team to generate forecasts, drive discussions, and produce unbiased forecasts, gap identification or closure with sound facts and communicate supply constraints or business risks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting: Generate forecasts by reviewing historical trends, promotion calendar, and activities available from the commercial team;
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Drive discussion in meetings with the commercial team within the S&OP process to produce unbiased forecasts, gap identification or closure with sound facts and communicate supply constraints or business risks;
  • Trend Analysis: Challenge forecasts when necessary based on trend analysis, MAPE & BIAS data, promotional and media phasing etc;
  • Reporting: Updates, produces and publishes reports including the monthly forecast accuracy report, S&OP Gap initial and final reports. Provide SKU volumes to Finance for Business Forecasts and Plan;
  • Issue Communication: Ensure out-of-plan issues are communicated in advance using the S&OP process to allow business alignment with relevant action points to address the issues;
  • Promotional Planning: Plan the reworking of promotional products with third-party embellishment teams;
  • Packaging Materials Planning: Plan the packaging materials of promotional products to deliver on time in right quantities;
  • Supply Management: Plan the supply finished goods purchased from suppliers/intercompany source points to achieve the desired service level, and manage related issues.
