About the Job:
You will be responsible for championing the customer relationship and engagement process, attending technical meetings at the customer site and providing solutions.
In addition, you will drive the planning and execution of service jobs to ensure timely completion within budget.
Key responsibilities include assigning technicians to service calls, ensuring clear communication of job requirements, and ensuring technicians receive work orders promptly.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of experience in the service line.
