We are seeking a skilled Clinical Product Specialist to join our team at Transmedic Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving topline sales across our CRM product portfolio, managing and developing key accounts, providing training to healthcare professionals, and ensuring the effective use of our devices in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth across the entire CRM product portfolio.
- Visit customer clinics and hospitals to perform device interrogations and case support.
- Lift a 5kg programmer for interrogation and case support purposes.
- Conduct on-site education and consulting with regards to CRM products.
- Support field personnel in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Partner with team members to develop and execute sales plans or programs.
- Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in the healthcare industry and Cardiac Rhythm Management will have added advantages.
You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to provide training and support to healthcare professionals, and solve complex problems analytically.
