Your Role

As our Retail Service Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our outlets. This includes:

  1. Managing outlet upkeep and performance, including NPS targets, online reviews, and outlet facilities management.
  2. Providing timely updates and reports to the Head of Wholesale Operations on assigned tasks.
  3. Hosting Outlet meetings to facilitate goal achievement among staff members.
  4. Maintaining outlet cost management, service quality improvement, staff development, and retention.
  5. Cultivating a positive customer experience through efficient outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage outlet upkeep and performance, including NPS targets, online reviews, and outlet facilities management.
