About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing, staff claims, and recharge related reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing, staff claims, and recharge related reports.
- Conduct salary and benefits review and market benchmark to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Administer the annual performance management process, including performance reviews and proposals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Manage projects such as system implementation, policy revamping, and ad hoc projects.
- Update HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Manage administrative processes linked to reception, office utilities, and equipment.
