We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our team as we expand our operations. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to design and develop the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop features that encompass Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Data Analytics.
  • Lead software applications development, architecture design, installation, and implementation of projects.
  • Familiarity with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Bash Scripting is required.
  • Working knowledge in AWS and GCP cloud services and environment.
Requirements
  1. Possess a Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Strong working knowledge in Java and Spring Framework.
  3. Working knowledge in ReactJS/NextJS.
  4. Experience working with engineering teams.
  5. Advanced problem-solving skills, demonstrating critical and analytical thinking.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience in contact centre environment, VOIP (Asterisk), and Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) will be advantageous.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Possess a proactive attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
  12. Strong technical analytical problem resolution skills.
  13. Familiar with Windows and Linux environments.
