Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Fund Services team in Malaysia.

This role will provide accounting and administration support for private equity real estate funds and investment holding entities.

Key Tasks:

  1. Account for private equity real estate funds and investment holding entities.
  2. Manage client relationships and respond to client inquiries.
  3. Prepare management accounts, schedules, financial statements, and FRS/IFRS/US GAAP disclosures.
  4. Coordinate annual audits and process capital calls and distributions.
  5. Ensure fund compliance with relevant terms and regulations.
  6. Monitor Singapore regulatory deadlines for quarterly GST, annual and tax filings.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  8. Participate in implementing new functionality for Yardi.

Qualifications:

  1. Private Equity/Real Estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
  2. 3+ years of working experience.
  3. Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
  4. Knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
  5. Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
