This multifaceted role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Key responsibilities include managing stock for Poverty Assistance programs, supporting educational activities, implementing standard operating procedures, and assisting in daily childcare routines.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.

In addition, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with staff, children, and external stakeholders.

  • Poverty Assistance Administration:
  1. Manage stock inventory for Poverty Assistance programs.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Children's Education Support:
  1. Assist teachers in completing homework assignments.
Implementation of SOP and Documentation:
  1. Support the implementation of standard operating procedures.
Daily Childcare Assistance:
  1. Help prepare children for school.
  2. Assist with evening routines.
  3. Support bedtime preparations.
Store Management and Administrative Support:
  1. Organize and manage store inventory.
  2. Conduct stock counts and perform administrative tasks.
Reception and Customer Service:
  1. Provide support during Reception and Customer Service staff's rest times.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Perform other duties as assigned.
