Job Description
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at Perodua. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
- To assist Executives in processing customer orders and preparing documents, invoices, reports, filing, and keying in data.
- To provide excellent customer service by attending telephone inquiries and collecting payments and invoices.
- To compile data and summarize reports to be submitted to our headquarters.
- To undertake various administration tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related fields. Additionally, they should have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, be tactful, organized and able to multitask, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, proactive and assertive, and have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
