Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, credit control, and reconciliation clearance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement targeted strategies to efficiently clear high AR outstanding balances.
  2. Lead and coordinate the Purchase Return and Supplier CN backlog clearance process.
  3. Collaborate with management to address insufficient manpower challenges hindering backlog clearance.
  4. Form and lead a special finance project team dedicated to Esker implementation and IRB e-invoice implementation.
  5. Oversee the smooth implementation of Esker and IRB e-invoice systems.
  6. Maintain detailed records of AR outstanding balances and backlog clearance activities.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers to reconcile discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
  8. Identify areas for process improvement in AR management, backlog clearance, and project implementation.
Key Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Preferably possesses retail background experience.
  3. Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control and reconciliation clearance.
  4. Strong project management skills with a focus on finance-related projects.
  5. Intermediate knowledge in full sets of accounting.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  7. Familiarity with Esker and e-invoice systems is advantageous.
