Job Overview

As an Administrative Coordinator at ENGIE Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing payroll processing, staff claims, and recharge related reports.

Main Tasks

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, staff claims, and recharge related reports.
  • Conduct salary and benefits review and market benchmark to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer the annual performance management process, including performance reviews and proposals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Manage projects such as system implementation, policy revamping, and ad hoc projects.
  • Update HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Manage administrative processes linked to reception, office utilities, and equipment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with involvement in payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Organized, result-driven, active, and able to work with minimum supervision.
