Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Strategy Lead to join our team at Alchemy Global Solutions.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They will also lead the analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to enhance marketing efforts.

In addition, they will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, affiliate marketing, content, and partnerships. They will also manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to expand partnerships and track performance.

The Sr. Marketing Professional will work closely with data analysts to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies using Client Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis. They will also ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical skills to track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly. You should also have strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
