About the Role

The Senior ATM Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of Self Service Terminals (SSTs) at Bank Simpanan Nasional. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with machine vendors to arrange maintenance services and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with TM engineers and machine vendors to troubleshoot and fix SST issues.
  • Guide branch officers remotely to resolve SST-related issues and minimize customer disruption.
  • Prepare regular reports on FLM activities and provide insights for improvement.
  • Facilitate the installation, commissioning, relocation, and removal of SSTs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the eSDMS system and monitor antivirus applications on the EPO server to maintain data security.
  • Prepare monthly uptime and debit card transaction reports to track performance metrics.
  • Manage quotations and invoices for hardware maintenance and part replacements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily cash returns for ATM, CDM, and CRM transactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Generate A key and B key pins for SSTs to ensure secure transactions.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or Information Technology is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing ATM operations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ATM software and hardware are essential.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ATMs and related software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
