The Role
This sales representative position reports to a Sales Manager and is based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary and performance incentives package, along with a hybrid work arrangement for flexibility and work-life balance.
As a sales representative for Randstad's medical device sector, you will:
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals within the medical device sector.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, to drive business growth and product application.
- Attend and support medical procedures in hospitals, providing product expertise and ensuring proper device usage during cases.
- Plan and execute CME (Continuing Medical Education) events to enhance product awareness and educate healthcare providers.
What You Need
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor's degree in any Science disciplines.
- 1-2 years of medical device sales experience.
- Possess a valid driving license with own transport.
- Fresh graduates with keen interests in medical device sales are encouraged to apply.
