Regional Brand Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Brand Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive regional sales growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving regional sales targets through market expansion and promotional activities.
- Oversee regional team management, ensuring effective collaboration and goal alignment.
- Plan and execute regional events to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies for regional manpower expansion.
- Manage regional retail activities, including display optimization and report submission.
- Supervise the construction of brand outlets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- A 5-day workweek with Saturday and Sunday off is expected.
- The preferred age group is 20-35 years old.
