About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Manager of Payment Ops-Retail Ops to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding our COC team in achieving operational excellence and driving process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the COC team to meet operational objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in retail banking operations, particularly in Account Maintenance, Financial Payment, Customer Claims from Self-Service Machines, and Cheque Processing.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail banking operations
  • At least 10 years of team management experience with a team size of at least 20
  • Able to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in change management projects, including RPA and automation implementations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
