Communication and Stakeholder Management

Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including escalating issues to the next level of management, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Project Risk Management

Conduct project risk reviews and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Project Monitoring and Control

Define and manage project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring work is executed within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

Customer Satisfaction

Accountable for overall project success, including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management, and customer satisfaction both internal and external to project success.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 5+ years of experience; desired experience in management/supervisory role; minimum of 1-year experience leading projects or in project management.

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams; organize verbal and written ideas clearly; ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel; proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and e-mail skills required.

Certifications

PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
